Z001/3 2.10 m drum mower
(with hydraulics and PTO shaft as a standard)
The mowers are used for mowing grassland with large areas on level and uneven terrain and for mowing wasteland. They have thicker rollers in the gearbox and larger bevel gears, which make them less unreliable machines. A mechanical fuse with hardened inserts protects the mower from damage during a collision with an obstacle.
Machine description:
- our very large machinery allows us to manufacture every part that is a component of our mowers,
- we are the only company in Poland to use a gearbox with SPIRAL bevel gears as a standard, which makes the machine much quieter and more robust,
- all gears are hardened in reputable hardening shops and have a quality certificate,
- bearings used in our machines are manufactured by Polish manufacturers FŁT KRAŚNIK and PPL KIELCE, which ensures virtually failure-free operation of the machine,
- the main frame is made in the machining centre using one mount, which ensures the precision of execution,
- robust bevel gearbox transmitting drive to the working shaft, equipped with a one-way clutch as a standard,
- the drive shafts are made of tempered steel to withstand overloading during operation,
- all machines are made of top-quality certified steel, shot blasted and powder coated.
OPTION: A new version of the three-point tractor hitch is available, which allows the mower to be tilted to the rear of the vehicle during transport, hiding the mower completely within the contours of the tractor. In this option, the transport position is locked by a pin, unlocked from the tractor cab.
